Thunder Gypsy at Turtle Cove, Monticello, GA – Thunder Gypsy's sound can best be described as soulful rocking Blues, covering an eclectic mix of music that spans the decades. The spirit of the Gypsies is evident in their music as they take you on a musical trip from Atlanta’s Southern Soul to the rockin’ Blues in Macon, from the classic sound of the Memphis Blues, along the streets of New Orleans and even up to Chicago and St. Louis for their rocking electric Blues.

The Mike Watson Duo at Sidelines Grille, Holly Springs, GA – Although noted as a blues band, MWB have charted a new course in music they like to refer to as RCSB or Rhythm, Country, Southern Rock, and Blues. Mike’s soulful vocals and blazing guitar work, along with the talents of rest of the band amazes crowds wherever they play.

Chequered Blue at Full Throttle Road House, Mableton – Chequered Blue is a five-person band based in West Atlanta, that play a fun collection of classic rock, blues, soul & Motown with a few surprises thrown in at every show. They love playing everywhere from blues juke joints and dive bars to restaurants, neighborhood block parties or porches, patios, and parking lots. They are also available for festivals and fundraisers, as well as upscale private parties, holiday celebrations, and corporate events. A good time is guaranteed.

At 10:00 PM on February 15th, 2019, MadLife will host Dean and his band for an evening of audience interaction, non-stop dancing, and high-energy music. Dean Balkwill is from Saskatchewan, Canada and began performing professionally at 14 years old. He is a jack of nearly all stage trades... actor, singer, and overall great entertainer. His musical credits include Broadway performances with such shows as RENT, and THE LION KING. Balkwill will keep you guessing from beginning to end on what he is going to do next. He may sing while standing on a stool or performing chin-ups, or he may sing in a disguise in the crowd during the whole first song. It is a captivating show, so audience members be prepared to dance and laugh the entire night!

Our host musician will be Mudcat, Atlanta's legendary Blues & Roots star and supporter of Blues legends such as Eddie Tigner, Beverly Guitar Watkins, Albert White, etc. This is when we install the new Board of Directors for 2 more years, so come and meet the new and old Board Members. Self-taught musician, Tyler Lee Frush , picked up a guitar in 2006 and came to loving the art of music after watching videos of Eddie Van Halen’s guitar mastery. Frush has created an entirely unique yet hauntingly familiar sound, using just a guitar and his voice. Cure My Enemy delivers a melting pot of deep grooves and raw spirituality, derived from their roots in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and the currents of Atlanta, Georgia. With commanding drum sound and unique application of guitar and bass underlining the music, great emotion is expressed in Cure My Enemy’s performances.


Luke Winslow-King brings his eclectic mix of material to Smith’s Olde Bar in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday, February 21st. Whether solo, or with a band, he offers an original sound that is both rustic and elegant. He delivers energetic and dynamic performances, with his burgundy voice and versatile slide guitar playing. Atlanta natives, These Crowded Streets, recreates Dave Matthews' music almost to a ‘’T” by using the same distinct instrumentation, including sax, fiddle, and acoustic driven rhythm section.
