It is with deep sadness that the Atlanta Blues Society shares the passing of Betty Klein.
Beloved wife of our President Emeritus, George Klein, Betty was not only his lifetime soulmate but also the heart of the Klein family and a beloved member of our ABS family— often called the “First Family” of the Atlanta Blues Society.
Betty’s radiant presence, gentle spirit, and unwavering love touched everyone lucky enough to know her. Her loss is deeply felt.
Our hearts, prayers, and thoughts are with George and the entire Klein family during this profoundly difficult time. Please join us in lifting them up in love and prayer.
We ask that the family be given the time and space they need to grieve, and kindly ask that you keep them in your thoughts in the days ahead.
Service arrangements are pending. In the meantime, the entire Atlanta Blues Society wraps George and his loved ones in our deepest love and support.
Rest peacefully, dear Betty. You will be forever missed and forever remembered.
